Welcome to Grace Hair Beauty. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our salon services. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Booking Appointments

1.1. Appointments can be made through our website, phone, or in person.

1.2. We require a deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another appointment with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.

1.3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

1.4. customer must provide a correct and valid contact information. all services are confirmed prior to service. if the contact information is not correctly provided, the appointment will not be able to be confirmed and the service will be canceled without a deposit refund. rescheduling will be required with another deposit to book the service.

2. Confirmation, Cancellation and Rescheduling

2.1. Confirmation is received by email and text. appointment must be confirmed 24hrs before service. unconfirmed appointment will be canceled and the stylist will not show up for service.

2.2. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

2.3. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

2.4. Excessive cancellations may result in the inability to book future appointments.

2.5. Rescheduling appointment is only allowed twice before the deposit is no longer refundable.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3.2. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods.

3.3. Gratuity is appreciated but not mandatory.

4. Services

4.1. We strive to provide high-quality services, but results may vary depending on individual hair type, condition, and other factors.

4.2. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

5. Hygiene and Safety

5.1. We maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our salon.

5.2. Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service.

5.3. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it poses a health or safety risk to our staff or other clients.

5.4. If the customer is tender headed, its best to notify the salon prior to appointment. it’s better for the stylist to know the condition of the customer beforehand.

6. Children and Pets

6.1. For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment, we request that children be supervised at all times.

6.2. With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed in the salon

7. No Smoking Policy

7.1. Policy Statement: Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices, is strictly prohibited within the premises of Grace Hair Beauty salon.

7.2. Designated Smoking Areas: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas, which are clearly marked and located outside the main entrance.

7.3. Legal Compliance: This policy complies with all local, state, and federal laws regarding smoking in public places.

7.4. Health and Safety: In the interest of maintaining a healthy and safe environment for all customers and staff, smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the salon.

7.5. Consequences of Violation: Customers or staff found violating this no-smoking policy will be asked to cease smoking immediately. Repeat offenders may be asked to leave the premises, and in severe cases, legal action may be pursued.

7.6. Signage: Visible signs indicating "No Smoking" are prominently displayed both inside and outside the salon to remind customers and staff of the policy.

7.7. Responsibility: It is the responsibility of all customers and staff to adhere to this no-smoking policy. Salon management and staff are authorized to enforce this policy.

7.8. Customer Awareness: Customers are made aware of this no-smoking policy through signage, verbal reminders from staff, inclusion in appointment confirmations, and on the salon's website.

7.9. Feedback Mechanism: Customers and staff are encouraged to provide feedback or report any concerns regarding the enforcement of this policy to salon management.

7.10. Updates to Policy: Grace Hair Beauty reserves the right to update or amend this no-smoking policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated to customers and staff in a timely manner.

By entering Grace Hair Beauty, customers and staff agree to comply with this no-smoking policy.

8. Personal Belongings

8.1. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the salon.

8.2. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

9. Feedback and Complaints

9.1. We welcome feedback, both positive and negative, as it helps us improve our services.

9.2. Please address any complaints directly with salon management, and we will endeavor to resolve them promptly and fairly.
